The fifth annual Philly 5 Lacrosse Tournament will be hosted by the Temple lacrosse team on Saturday, Oct. 1 at Geasey Field. The annual tournament features the Owls along with teams from Drexel, La Salle, Saint Joseph’s and Villanova in fall exhibition play.
The Philly 5 Tournament aims to bring Division I women’s lacrosse schools in the Philadelphia area together for a day of competition and promotion of the sport in the city.
The schedule for the tournament is as follows:
9:00 a.m. – 9:35 a.m. – La Salle vs. Drexel
9:45 a.m. – 10:20 a.m. – La Salle vs. Saint Joseph’s
10:30 a.m. – 11:05 a.m. – Villanova vs. Drexel
11:15 a.m. – 11:50 a.m. – Temple vs. La Salle
12:00 p.m. – 12:35 p.m. – Saint Joseph’s vs. Drexel
12:45 p.m. – 1:20 p.m. – La Salle vs. Villanova
1:30 p.m. – 2:05 p.m. – Temple vs. Drexel
2:15 p.m. – 2:50 p.m. – Temple vs. Saint Joseph’s
3:00 p.m. – 3:35 p.m. – Villanova vs. Saint Joseph’s
3:45 p.m. – 4:20 p.m. – Villanova vs. Temple
