Looking back on the 2010 scholastic year: Slideshow on PIAA girls’ state champion Radnor

In 2010 the Radnor girls’ lacrosse team claimed its second straight Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association (PIAA) championship and earned a national ranking in the Top 5 in two publications.

The Red Raiders, under veteran coach Phyllis Kilgour, finished 26-1 and claimed a share of the Central League title while also winning the District 1 crown. Radnor finished the year ranked No. 3 in the country by Lacrosse Magazine and No. 5 by LaxPower. Radnor also was rated No. 1 in the final PA Media Rankings and by Phillylacrosse.com.
