Archbishop Ryan senior attackman Tim Taylor has committed to play Division I lacrosse at Widener University.

Why did you choose Widener? “I chose Widener because it seemed like the perfect fit for me. They offer a great academic program in the fields I wish to study in. I also felt very comfortable around coach (Brendan) Dawson and the lacrosse program. I look forward to playing for him next year.”
High School Team Outlook: “After losing in the PCL Semifinals last year, and returning most of our starters, I have high expectations for our team this year. As long as we work hard and play as a team, then I have no doubts that we will be back there again this season.”
Other comments: “I would like to thank my parents and my grandparents for always supporting me, my high school coaches Steve Pape and Fred Battone, and I also would like to thank my LB3 coaches Jim Buery, JP Banks, and Old Man Banks.”
