Registration is open for the Excel Girls’ Camps at Episcopal Academy on July 13-17. Camps are led by EA coach Josie Tomaino (Phillylacrosse.com, 2025 Coach of the Year).
Excel Girls’ Lacrosse Camp curriculum includes a variety of individual skills, including stickwork (technique & creativity), shooting (technique, selection, accuracy, power), and defensive concepts (communication, checking, slides, groundballs). From a team perspective, we’ll be reviewing small-sided concepts (2v2s, 3v3s, man-up/man-down) as well as full field concepts (clearing, riding). Off the field, campers will have the opportunity to participate in specialty sessions, including leadership, nutrition, body awareness/strength training, speed & agility and more. All skill levels are welcome and camps are available for three age groups!
