Registration open for Route 13: A girls’ Showcase Workshop for mental & physical preparation on Dec. 27

Beyond athletic ability, it will explore what it means to be a great teammate: being personable, helpful, coachable, and someone coaches and teammates can count on.

A Different Approach to Evaluations: We want players to feel comfortable taking risks, making mistakes, and being themselves without feeling that one performance defines their recruiting future.

Coaches will receive only four identifying details: Pinny Number, First Name, Position, and Graduation Year. Following the event, coaches can submit the pinny numbers of players they would like to continue following for the 2027 recruiting season.

We believe every player should leave an event with something valuable, regardless of their performance.

Breakdown of the day:

1. Mental Performance Workshop: learn to navigate showcase & camp situations, build confidence, manage what is outside your control, advocate for yourself, and show who you are beyond the field

2. Developmental Drills: demonstrate coachability, adaptability, and willingness to learn. Players will have the chance to apply workshop tools in real time.

3. Coached Scrimmage: Coaches will stop play to discuss adjustments and game situations and players will get to apply feedback immediately.

4. Recruiting Q&A: An honest conversation with college coaches about the recruiting process.
