Will Trymbiski collected four goals and an assist, and Roman Ippoldo posted 11 saves in goal as La Salle defeated host IMG Academy, 9-5, today in Bradenton, FL.
Logan Riggione added two goals for the Explorers (3-2), and Brady Brevic had a goal and an assist as La Salle seized a 4-2 halftime lead by outscoring the Ascenders, 3-0, in the second period.
Mason Smith and Declan Heiling each scored once for La Salle while Tobi Zweiback and Mike Van Bastelaar each added two assists.
