Are you looking for realistic, gamelike reps in your training along with direct coaching? If so, the Performance Academy Fall After-School and Saturday Boys’ & Girls Offensive & Defensive Dynamic Training and Play is your path to becoming a more dynamic and complete player.
Each training session, participants will run through a series of skills and drills designed to develop competitive offensive and defensive play in a controlled environment.
Areas of focus
Attack & Midfield
- Shooting from various release points, angles, areas of the field, shot deception, and finishing.
- Dodging from all areas of the field, setting up your dodge, and footwork.
- Understanding space and being a threat without the ball.
- Stick protection
- Being efficient with the ball

Girls: 9-10:30am (2032’s & 2033’s) 2033’s must be “A” Level Players
Girls: 10:30am-12pm (2030, 2031 and 2032’s) 2032’s must be “A” Level Players
Girls: 12-1:30pm (2029’s) “A” Level Players Only
Girls: 1:30-3pm (2026, 2027, 2028) Committed & HS Varsity Level Players Only
Boys: 3- 4:30pm (2032’s & 2033’s) 2033’s must be “A” Level Players & Above
Boys: 4:30- 6pm (2030, 2031 and 2032’s) 2032’s must be “A” Level Players & Above

Todd MacFarlane Current U17 US Boys National Development Team & Scotland National Sr. Men’s Team Assistant Coach. Former Episcopal Academy Girls, Redwoods LC (PLL) and University of Pennsylvania Assistant Coach, National Lacrosse League Professional (NLL), 3x US Lacrosse Coach of the Year and US Lacrosse Man of the Year.
