The Philadelphia Lacrosse Association (PLA) is accepting nominations to the Eastern Pennsylvania Hall of Fame for men’s and women’s candidates.
Please use the downloadable PDF below to fill out a nomination form. All instructions are on the form to be sent to the Hall of Fame Chairpersons.
The committees have begun preparations for the 2027 HOF, and officials ask that the questionnaire be returned by Sept. 30th for consideration for the upcoming HOF induction ceremony.
If a candidate is not selected this round, however, nominees can remain in the pool for future consideration.
