Are you a 2032 or a 2033 player and looking to get ready for the 2024 season? If so, then the 2032 & 2033 Boys Winter Box Training Group & Games will help prepare you for your first spring tryout and practice.

Saturdays 8:00-9:30am
December 2nd through February 10th

Powered by Performance Academy’s professional coaching staff, each week players will have a 45-minute practice followed by a 45-minute game. Teams for the 45-minute daily games will be picked by throwing sticks in the middle of the field.
Training Highlights
No better way to get your fitness, stick dialed in for the 2024 season. Be a more efficient shooter, improve your dodging, footwork, communication, vision, defensive approaches, and angles. Understand how to set and defend picks as well as make quick decisions in tight spots, and much more. All in a safe and controlled environment.
Program Highlights
30 Player Limit
All players use short sticks.
Games will use modified box rules.
4 vs. 4 plus a goalie.
No cross-checking, boarding, slashing, or open field hits.
Box goalie gear will be provided if needed.
*There will be no draw-specific training during these sessions.

Todd MacFarlane,Scottish National Men’s Team Assistant Coach, US Lacrosse National Team Development Program Evaluator, former Redwoods LC Assistant Coach in the Premier Lacrosse League (PLL), University of Pennsylvania and Maryland Men’s staff member and National Lacrosse League Professional (NLL)
Chris Collins, current Redwoods LC Defensive Coordinator and Assistant Coach (PLL), former Drexel University and University of Delaware Assistant Coach, Eight Year Major League Lacrosse Professional (MLL), Thirteen Year National Lacrosse League Professional (NLL), and US Men’s Indoor National Team Member.
Both Coach MacFarlane and Collins have worked with All-Conference, All- American, All-Pro and All-World players for more than 25 years and know how to improve your skill set.
$350 per participant (13.5 hours of practice/games)
