Coaches: Head coach Jenny Duckenfield (5th year, also was head coach at Strath Haven, Mount St. Joseph, Agnes Irwin), assistants Jen Raech, Alex Duckenfield, Nate Grenier, Tim Hand

2021 highlights: “The Lions had an epic 2021 season that ended with a PIAA Class AA semi-finalist loss in OT.”

Key returnees: Four-year starters and seniors Ellie Miller, Anna Ciminera (Temple), Mia Scarduzio (Catholic), Lexi Culp (Temple), Kellie McCarthy, Kristen and Claire Kutafaris and Sarah Davies.

Top Returning underclassmen: All Delco Goalie Mackenzie Hand (East Carolina University), Claire Natoli (Jacksonville), Maddie Sharkey (Old Dominion University), Carley Smith (UC Davis), Alexa Feriola, Lauren Holdloski, Sofia Brown; Sophomores Honor Breen and Lily Marquis.

Coach’s outlook: “Many of our players had never played until 9th grade, but due to their commitment we have become a legitimate contender. The Lions have shown great improvement over the past 4 years and are hungry to compete for the PCL and PIAA Class AA championships.”
