The Knights (12-5) will travel to top-seeded Stevens Saturday at 4 p.m. for the Freedom Conference crown. The Ducks bested Arcadia, 10-8, on April 27th in Glenside.

Arcadia, trailing 8-7 at halftime, opened the third period half with four straight goals to take an 11-8 lead before DeSales (10-6) cut the lead to 11-9 with 6:45 on the clock.

After taking concurrent penalties and an additional penalty on the Bulldogs, Wesley Sporer (six goals, Moorestown) scored a man-down goal to give the Knights a 12-9 advantage with 6:20 left. Brady Manion scored with 3:55 on the clock followed shortly after by a Kyle McLaughlin (New Hope-Solebury, 4G, 4A) goal assisted by Landan Hajek before DeSales finished the third quarter scoring with just over a minute remaining.

Arcadia opened the fourth quarter scoring with three goals, one by Sporer and two from McLaughlin reaching a 17-10 lead before the Bulldogs stopped the run with 11:33 on the clock. Billy Burton (2G, 1A) got back on the board with 8:23 left and Justin Chinici (Cherry Hill East, 5G, 1A) finished the scoring with a goal at 6:27 and another at 1:51 to seal the Knight victory.

Timmy Fyock stopped eight shots to earn the win.

Arcadia won 25 of 37 faceoffs as AJ Dominguez (Berks Catholic) was 15 of 22 and Brett Sciascia was 10 of 15. Brady Manion (New Egypt-NJ) added a goal and two assists.
