Phillylacrosse.com honors its All-Central/Northeast Pennsylvania Girls’ Team for 2018:

Player of the Year: Manheim Township junior Lucy Svetec, a Penn commit who helped lead the Blue Streaks to Lancaster-Lebanon and District 3 AAA championships and a berth in the PIAA finals.

Coach of the Year: Mark Pinkerton, who guided Manheim Township to the District 3 Class AAA championship and into the PIAA title game.

Attack
Lindsey Durkota, Hempfield, Soph. – US Lacrosse All-American, Lancaster-Lebanon League Most Valuable Attacker … Had 89 goals.
Shannon Elias, Manheim Twp., Soph. – First Team Lancaster-Lebanon League … Helped lead Blue Streaks to Lancaster-Lebanon, District 3 AAA championships and berth in PIAA finals … Had 45 goals, 48 assists, 65 groundballs.
Maris Large, School: Manheim Twp., Sr. – First Team Lancaster-Lebanon League … Helped lead Blue Streaks to Lancaster-Lebanon, District 3 AAA championships and berth in PIAA finals … Had 65 goals … Signed with Vermont.
Julie Strobel, Wilson, Sr. – First Team Berks League … Had 70 goals, 28 assists … Helped lead the Bulldogs to a 22-2 season, Berks County title and berth in District 3 AAA finals … Signed with St. Joseph’s
Hannah Stanislawczyk, Gov. Mifflin, Soph. – First Team Berks League … Had 70 goals, 11 assists, 95 draw controls and 47 caused turnovers
Lindsey Strohl, Gov. Mifflin, Sr. – US Lacrosse All-American … had 78 goals, 18 assists and 47 draw controls .. Committed to Moravian.
Madison Tare, Trinity, Jr. – Mid-Penn Division MVP … Had 106 goals and 43 assists … Committed to Florida Southern.

Midfielders
Kendall Duffy, Wilson, Jr. – First Team Berks League … Helped lead the Bulldogs to a 22-2 season, Berks County title and berth in District 3 Class AAA finals … Had 71 goals and 24 assists … Committed to Richmond.
Megan Halczuk, Kennard-Dale, Jr. – US Lacrosse All-American, York-Adams League Player of the Year … Helped lead Rams to PIAA Class AA championship game … Had 88 goals, 50 assists, 194 draw controls … Committed to Winthrop.
Kylee Hubiak, Exeter, Jr. – US Lacrosse All-American … Had 87 goals … Helped Eagles reach PIAA AAA quarterfinals … Committed to Florida.
Isabella Karstien, Exeter, Soph. – US Lacrosse All-American … Had 72 goals, 24 assists and 162 draw controls … Helped Eagles reach PIAA Class AAA quarterfinals … Committed to Louisville.
Kelsey Kimmel, Lampeter-Strasburg, Jr. – US Lacrosse All-American … Had 94 goals … Committed to Penn State.
Emily Magalotti, Wilson, Soph. – First Team Berks League … Helped lead the Bulldogs to a 22-2 season, Berks County title and berth in District 3 AAA finals … Had 41 goals and 104 draw controls … Committed to North Carolina.
Kyra Place, Cumberland Valley, Jr. – First Team Mid-Penn Conference … Had 98 goals, 14 assists, 153 draw controls … Committed to UConn.
Lucy Svetec, School: Manheim Twp., Jr. – US Lacrosse All-American … Helped lead Blue Streaks to Lancaster-Lebanon, District 3 AAA championships and berth in PIAA finals. … Had 77 goals and 32 assists … Committed to Penn.
Maddie Zimmer, Hershey, Soph. – US Lacrosse All-American … Helped lead Trojans to District 3 AA title and berth in state quarterfinals … Had 75 goals and 16 assists and 177 draw controls.

Julia Gabriel, Wyoming Seminary, Sr. – MVP of Wyoming Valley Conference … Led team in draw controls and scored 26 goals … Helped lead Blue Knights to the Wyoming Valley and District 2 AA championships … Committed to Lebanon Valley.
Julianne Walker, Manheim Twp., Sr – First Team Lancaster-Lebanon League … Helped lead Blue Streaks to Lancaster-Lebanon, District 3 AAA championships and berth in PIAA finals … Attending Virginia for academics.
Ashley Wenger, Manheim Twp., Sr. – First Team Lancaster-Lebanon League … Helped lead Blue Streaks to Lancaster-Lebanon, District 3 AAA championships and berth in PIAA finals … Attending James Madison for academics.
Brittney Zameroski, Lampeter-Strasburg, Jr. – Lancaster-Lebanon League Most Valuable Defender … Helped lead the Pioneers to District 3 AA semifinals … Committed to Campbell.
