Academic Honors: National Honors Society, Honor Roll, 4.4 GPA (weighted); Gateway (Merit) Scholarship Recipient from Ursinus College

What do you plan to major in? History

Why did you choose Ursinus? “Ursinus College offered an excellent blend of academics and athletics. Coaches (Jamie) Steele and (David) Page made me feel right at home on my visit and they have built a stellar lacrosse program that is highly competitive within the Centennial Conference and the Division 3. I look forward to joining the team: Several of my Twist Club and former Harriton teammates attend Ursinus or have committed there for 2018. I was also honored to have been selected as a Gateway Scholar and receive a 4 year academic scholarship from Ursinus.”

HS team’s outlook for rest of season? “Our Harriton team has recently improved our level of play. We have a relatively young team this season that has been gaining experience, especially in the always competitive Central League. We look forward to qualifying and making a run in the PIAA class AA playoffs.”

Thank You: “I would like to thank Harriton Coach Joe Proud for his support these past 4 years; I would also like to thank Coaches Devlin, Flego, and Quift from the Twist Organization for their help in the recruitment process. I appreciate all the support and love my mom, dad, and siblings have provided me. Thanks to my teammates as well as other coaches from Harriton, Welsh Valley MS, Twist and Ashbee Clubs.”

Other schools considered: Swarthmore, Haverford, Gettysburg
