Egg Harbor Township (N.J.) 2018 attack Jordan Santana has made a verbal commitment to play Division II lacrosse at Georgian Court University.
Jordan Santana profile:

High school: Egg Harbor Township, NJ
Position: Attack
Grad year: 2018
College committed to: Georgian Court University
Club team: Team United
Lacrosse honors: Brine All-American and member of HS champion New Jersey, 2017; Honorable Mention in the AC Press for Lacrosse All-Stars, 2016

Why did you choose Georgian Court? “I was looking at a lot of colleges and the one thing GCU had that the others didn’t was a very tight-knit team that was very welcoming. Coach (Amy) Rizzo is also very goal oriented and wants to keep improving as a team, and with the upcoming class and my class she did a very good job of making sure that the success would continue.”
Outlook for 2018 HS season: “It will definitely be a rebuilding year so I just want it to be a fun one and hopefully make it past the first round of playoffs.”
Thank You: “I would like to thank my mom for driving me an hour and a half away for practice and even further for tournaments. I would also like to thank my travel coaches, Rob Grella and Molly Arnette, for helping me with the recruiting process and making me the best player I could be.”
Other schools considered: Shippensburg, Monmouth, Davidson, Central Connecticut, Albright
