Central Bucks East posted five man-up goals and Jack Auteri went 13 for 13 at the face-off X to lead the host Patriots to a 9-6 victory Thursday over Penncrest in non-league boys’ lacrosse action.Fusion-Lacrosse-e1426032047676

Owen Griffin had two goals and an assist and Matt Vetter added two goals for the Pats, who improved to 5-0.

Sean McGovern posted seven saves in goal while Bryan McIntosh had three forced turnovers and Mike Eveland and Dustin Buchanan each scooped up four groundballs.

Alex Bonnett had two goals for the Lions and Steve Nolan made 14 saves.

East’s next game is against undefeated CB South on April 8th, 7 pm at War Memorial Field.

Strath Haven 9, Henderson 8, OT

Jack Borbee scored the game-winner in OT and assisted on the tying tally by Sam Mutz (3G) with 15 seconds left in regulation as the Panthers pulled out the win after a furious six-goal rally in the final period.

Henderson had led, 7-2, heading into the final period. Jeff Conner added two goals and two assists for Strath Haven and Borbee had two goals and an assist.

For the Warriors, Luke Pennington had three goals and Eric Beren posted 16 saves.

Radnor 9, Spring-Ford 8

Jack Wilson had three goals and an assist and Tom Meyers won 14 of20 face-offs while Alex Andersen made 12 saves for the Raiders.

Joshua Gliva scored three goals for Spring-Ford.

Bayard Rustin 9, Kennett 7

RJ Zoba had four goals and an assist and Kyle Mullin had 12 saves for the Knights.

West Chester East 14, Sun Valley 4

Joe Guarneere had three goals and three assists to lead East, which remains perfect at 5-0.

Springfield-Delco 7, Hatboro-Horsham 1

Mike Gerzabek scored three goals and Andrew Pickett won 11 of 12 face-offs while James Spence recorded seven saves for the Cougars.

North Penn 16, Neshaminy 5

Luke Homan had three goals and three assists Zack McKelvie collected two goals and four assists for the Knights.

Perkionmen Valley 15, Boyertown 1

Connor Dee had four goals and an assist and Kevin Mo posted 10 saves to lead PV.

Pennridge 17, Pottsgrove 7

Sean Fechter had five goals and two assists, Ethan Clemmer added three goals and two assists and Stephen Puras contributed a goal and seven assists to lead the Rams.

Germantown Academy 11, Princeton Day School 5

Jim McAfee had three goals and three assists, Rob Barnett had four goals and defenseman Anthony Bozzelli scored two goals to pace GA.

Marple Newtown 7, Methacton 6

T.J. Reiley had two goals and three assists and scored the game winner with 2:26 left to lift the Tigers. Tom Higgins added three goals and a strong defense was led by Steve Viola, Noah Turner, Vince Ciavardelli, Eric McKelvey, Ryan Schneider, Gino DiCamillo and Connor Adelsberger.

Conner Derrickson led the Warriors with three goals and one assist.

George School 11, Lawrence (NJ) 3

John Arth had four goals and two assists and Max Klaver netted three while Cameron Schollenberger was strong with nine saves to pace George.

Garnet Valley 13, Owen J Roberts 7

Danny Ferreri scored three goals and Matt Moore had two goals and two assists while Dan Lanham won 16 of 19 face-offs to lead the Jaguars.

Jack Colt had a goal and an assist for OJR.
