Austin Slawter had three goals and an assist and Tyler Boland won 12 of 17 face-offs and scored once as visting Archbishop Ryan surprised Penn Charter, 7-7, Saturday in non-league boys’ lacrosse.

The Raiders (6-3) took a 5-3 lead with four third-period goals. JT Boyle posted seven saves

Garnet Valley 12, Holy Ghost Prep 7

Daniel Lanham won 20 of 22 face-offs and scooped 19 groundballs and Matt Moore had two goals and three assists for the Jaguars.

Michael Major scored three goals and Greg Price posted a career-high 25 saves.

Conwell-Egan 7, George School 6

Kyle Beswick scored three goals to lead Conwell-Egan.

Freesoul El Shabazz-Thompson led George School with two goals and an assist.

Malvern Prep 14, Strath Haven 7

Billy Coyle had three goals and an assist and Drew Schantz tallied three goals for the Friars.

Tyler Fink and Hunter Mazur each had two goals for the Panthers.

Marple Newtown 16, Unionville 8

Billy Morgan collected five goals and an assist and TJ Reiley contributed four goals and four assists for the Tigers.

Germantown Academy 8, St Joseph Metuchen (NJ) 7

Jim McAfee had four goals and two assists and Ian davies posted 11 saves for GA.

Harriton 14, Upper Merion 2

Pat Stewart had three goals and an assist and Brian Meyer was strong at the X with 15 face-off wins.

Springside Chestnut Hill Academy 14, Shipley 2

Brendan Clark had four goals and an assist for SCHA.

Hill School 17, Mercersburg 2

Jake Saenz scored four goals and had an assist and Will Schantz had two goals while winning 12 of 14 face-offs.

Ridley 14, Downingtown East 6

Cade Stratton had three goals and an assist and Brock Anderson tallied three goals while Dawson Faust made 13 saves for the Green Raiders.

Mike Risser had two goals for East.
