The Villanova women’s lacrosse program is holding the following events:
Villanova Stick work and Goalie Clinic
Days: Monday nights running through December and January.
Times: 2 time slots 5:30-7 or 7-8:30 pm
Location: Main Line Sports Center, 1314 Swedesford Rd. Berwyn, PA 19312
Explanation: These clinics are designed to teach the proper technique of cradling, passing, and shooting using your left and right hand. It’s open to grades 4-12 and you will be placed in your age group. Goalkeepers will be individually trained and given feedback throughout the session. All levels are welcome and you will receive individual feedback from our Villanova Coaching Staff. Space will be limited.
Coaching Staff and players from Villanova will be running all clinics.

Villanova Winter 4v4 League
Days: Sunday Morning Starting January 4th and running for 5 weeks.
Location: Main Line Sports Center, 1314 Swedesford Rd. Berwyn, PA 19312
Explanation: We will be coaching the 4v4 teams through the entire 2-hour session. The first 30 minutes will be dedicated to teaching different 4v4 strategies on attack and defense. For the remaining 90 minutes, teams will compete against each other. During this competitive time, we will stop play to reinforce the concepts taught in the first 30 minutes. The goal of our league is to have players understand the fundamentals of small-sided play that are the critical to the progression of full field play. The last Sunday will end with a winner of each division!

Who: Villanova Girls’ Lacrosse Winter Camp is for players in the Class of 2017 and 2018 who are looking to take their game to the next level.
Explanation: The camp is structured to provide a solid foundation of stick work, individual skills, and conceptual knowledge and will expose players to the latest developments in the game.
Sessions will include everything from individualized drills to small-sided games to full field play. Campers will work directly with both the Villanova University Women’s Lacrosse coaches as well as coaches from these other Division 1 programs.
