Governor Livingston (NJ) senior FO-midfielder Joe Pozniak has made a verbal commitment to play Division II lacrosse at Chestnut Hill College.

Position: Face off /Midfield

College choice: Chestnut Hill College

Club affiliation: Decicco Lacrosse

Major lacrosse honors: Top 205 Junior and Senior years, All-Kimber Division, 4 year Letter Winner, Gov. Livingston record holder for groundballs 168-(5th in the state), Headstrong Foundation-$1000 Club

Academic honors: Governor Livingston Athletic Honors Society

What will you major in/study? Special Education

Why did you choose Chestnut Hill? “During the recruiting process, I really felt like the coaches were interested in me as a player and as a student. I also liked the small school feeling of Chestnut Hill.”

Outlook for your High School team? “Even though we graduated a lot of seniors last year, we feel we have guys that can step in and compete right away.”
