Springfield-Delco senior LSM/defenseman Dan Bowden has committed to play Division III lacrosse at Cabrini College.

Major lacrosse honors: Captain, Central League champions 2010, Meltdown Champions and final goal scorer in O.T.
Academic honors, service projects: Honor Roll, PEER Facilitator
What will you major in/study? Undecided
Why did you choose Cabrini? “Cabrini’s location is close to home, has an excellent coaching staff and lacrosse program. It’s a small nice campus and a very excellent academic school. I am positive I will have the best experience at Cabrini. Also, Cabrini has a lot of past Springfield Alumni that I will be honored to be a part of.”
What is your HS team’s outlook for the season? “Same outlook every season play our hardest, compete for the Central League championship and win the state championship. If we play our hardest I believe we can accomplish winning the Central League and the state championship. Just have to take it one game at a time.”
