From USA Lacrosse

USA Lacrosse has announced the addition of six players to its upcoming training camp in Charlotte for the U.S. Men’s National Field Team. Joining the camp will be Will Donovan, Chad Palumbo, Beau Pederson, Evan Plunkett, Ben Randall and Mikey Weisshaar.

The camp will be held from June 7-9, following the Premier Lacrosse League’s weekend in Charlotte, and will be the final training opportunity before U.S. head coach Seth Tierney names the 22 players selected to represent the United States in the 2026 Pan-American Men’s Lacrosse Championship in Kingston, Jamaica from Aug. 17-23.

The Pan-American Men’s Lacrosse Championship serves as a qualifier for the 2027 World Lacrosse Men’s Championship in Japan. The top five countries will earn a bid to the 16-team world championship. USA Lacrosse will have additional competition and training opportunities before the final roster is selected for next summer’s world championship.

Those six newly-invited players are replacing six players unable to participate – Gavin Adler, Jared Bernhardt, Jackson Eicher, Dylan Hess, Cole Kastner and Alec Stathakis.
