The National Interscholastic Lacrosse Coaches Association will induct Salesianum School’s Bob Healy into the 2026 Class of the NILCA Hall of Fame during its annual award dinner on Oct 17, 2026 at the Milleridge Inn in Jericho, NY.

“We are extremely proud to announce the 2026 NILCA Hall of Fame Class,” said Joe Baccarella, NILCA Vice President. “Each of these men has established himself among the best to ever to have coached the game of lacrosse, and we look forward to recognizing their incredible accomplishments.”

Healy will be joined in the ceremony by La Salle’s Bill Leahy (see article).

Since taking over the Salesianum program in 2006, Coach Healy has guided the Sals to unprecedented heights, winning 15 state championships and six in a row after Saturday’s 15-5 conquest of Cape Henlopen in the finals. Winning 357 games, Coach Healy’s teams have earned a top ranking in USA Lacrosse’s end-of-the-year rankings, including a top 10 ranking in 2024 by both Inside Lacrosse and USA Lacrosse.

Healy has been named Coach Of The Year in Delaware four times – 2005, 2007, 2013 and 2025 – by the Delaware Press and the Philadelphia Press. Forty-one of his charges have been named High School All Americans.
