The Springside Chestnut Academy Lacrosse Camp, is a premier summer day camp designed to help young players sharpen their skills, deepen their understanding of the game, and grow their confidence on the field. Held on the historic campus of Springside Chestnut Hill Academy in Philadelphia, this camp offers high-level instruction in a fun, competitive, and supportive environment.
Led by Brian “Doc” Dougherty, one of the most accomplished goalies in lacrosse history and the current Head Coach at Springside Chestnut Hill Academy, the camp delivers elite coaching backed by decades of experience at the high school, collegiate, professional, and international levels.
Campers (rising 3rd through 8th graders) will receive position-specific instruction and individualized feedback from a passionate coaching staff. Each day features a balanced mix of skill development, positional drills, small-group instruction, 3×3 mini games, and game-like scrimmages, allowing players to apply what they learn in real-time situations.

Who: Goalie and Offensive player intensive camp.
Check in will Sunday afternoon with camp starting the evening with Session 1 and ending Wednesday AM with Session 9.
Goalies will learn how to stop the ball from some of the elite goalies in the world. Team USA Gold Medal Champion Brian Dougherty will head up the Goalie coaching with Drew Adams (Team USA, LI Lizards) and Blaze Riorden (Chaos and 2019 & 2021 Goalie of the Year) will round out the Goalie coaching staff. Goalies will see live shots, personal film breakdown, chalk-talk, drills and demos.
Attackmen and Middies will learn from current coaches and players. Players will learn and improve on dodging, shooting and feeding. Players can expect to take 300 shots a day!
Overnight and Extended Day Campers will learn on the field but have fun off the field as well, with access to Game Rooms and Lounges.
Overnight campers will get to stay in AIR CONDITIONED STATE OF THE ART dorms and have three meals a day on campus. Do not miss these four days of fun.
