The Atlantic East Conference announced the results of its 2026 Preseason Coaches’ Poll on Thursday, with defending conference champion Immaculata selected to finish second.
Immaculata is coming off a historic 2025 campaign, posting a program-best 14–6 overall record and a perfect 5–0 mark in Atlantic East play. The Mighty Macs captured their first Atlantic East Conference Championship and made their first NCAA Tournament appearance in program history, falling to Scranton in the opening round.
Marymount was voted first in the poll, collecting 23 total points and three first-place votes. Immaculata followed closely in second with 22 points and three first-place votes. Marywood earned the third spot with 16 points, while Gwynedd Mercy was picked fourth with 13 points. Neumann (11 points) and Centenary (five points) rounded out the poll.
Immaculata will open the 2026 regular season on Saturday, February 14, at Arcadia University. The Mighty Macs begin Atlantic East Conference play on Friday, March 27, when they host Marymount.
