Michigan junior Emma Bradbury (Springside Chestnut Hill Academy) was named the Big Ten Offensive Player of the Week after pacing Michigan to two wins in the Sunshine State, including a win over No. 5 Florida.
» Bradbury scored eight goals in two games, while adding three assists for a total of 11 points on the week.
» She recorded a career-best nine points against USF, scoring a career-high six goals against the Bulls. She also put all seven of her shots on cage and had one caused turnover.
» Bradbury helped lead Michigan past Florida to start the week, scoring two goals on four shots.
St. Joe’s Barber (Emmaus) is honored after big win.
Saint Joseph’s attackman Will Barber (Emmaus) was named Atlantic 10 Rookie of the Week on Monday afternoon, the conference office announced.
Barber played a key role in the Hawks’ 11-9 road victory over No. 14/16 Villanova. The redshirt freshman recorded his first collegiate goal before going on to notch his first career hat trick against the Wildcats. He finished the afternoon with three goals and one assist, while also contributing a caused turnover and a ground ball.
