Buccini Pollin Group’s (BPG) affiliated sports management firm today announced a series of strategic moves that will expand its youth sports portfolio.
The firm acquired Coastal Lacrosse Academy (Delaware/Maryland), which will be rebranded as Coastal Elite Lacrosse Club, and entered into long-term management agreements with the Bagel Bombers, Lady Bombers, and Delmarva Rush Soccer Club, which will become Henlopen Recreational Soccer.
The transaction will allow coaches, teams, and families to benefit from BPG|SPORTS’ network of best-in-class facilities, elite programming, and first-rate operational infrastructure. Notably, including the addition of Coastal Elite, BPG|SPORTS boasts one of the largest lacrosse networks in the Mid-Atlantic – with Duke’s Elite, Brotherly Love, BPG Nationals and the Phantoms LC – , serving over 1,000 players annually.
Coastal Elite Lacrosse Club
As part of the acquisition, Coastal Lacrosse Academy will be rebranded as Coastal Elite Lacrosse Club, aligning the program with BPG|SPORTS’ portfolio of powerhouse club brands.
Coastal Elite Lacrosse Club brings together more than 250 players and 12 teams from across the Eastern Shore and provides the region’s top talent with high-level coaching and competitive training. Led by experienced coaches and former college athletes, each team offers structured training and tournament play to help players grow their skills, confidence, and Lacrosse IQ throughout the season.
