The Philadelphia Wings could not solve the Albany FireWolves defense and goaltender Saturday night as they dropped an 11-6 decision in New York.

The Firewolves (3-8) jumped tp a 7-2 halftime lead. Blaze Riorden, Brennan O’Neill, Mitch Jones and Joe Resetarits all scored in the second half, but each Philadelphia goal was answered by an Albany tally as the FireWolves maintained their five-goal gap at the end.

Resetarits led the club in scoring with a goal and three assists for four points.

Blaze Riorden reached the NLL career milestone of 300 points.

The Wings will look to end their 4-game losing streak on March 8 when they host the FireWolves in the second half of a home-and-home series at Wells Fargo Center at 7 p.m.
