C4 Performance Training is a youth fitness company that helps athletes maximize performance, minimize injury, increase confidence and foster a passion for fitness.
Located in Wayne and West Chester, the C4 instructors have over 30 years of experience and focus on strength and conditioning for male and female lacrosse players aged 8 to 20, working on the following aspects of your game:
• Improve strength and mobility
• Improve conditioning levels
• Decrease chance of injuries
Training is done 1-on-1 or in small groups.
