TRUE Lacrosse and the Philadelphia Mustangs are partnering for the 2025-2026 Youth Box Lacrosse Season to bring you the True Junior Mustangs!
The Philly Mustangs Senior Team is fresh off their best season yet in the North American Box Lacrosse League (NABLL). This Summer, they secured the Metro Region Championship and were invited to the National Playoffs in Milwaukee, WI.
Last year was the first season for the Junior Mustangs who fielded a single High School team which had 2nd, 3rd, and 4th place finishes in local box lacrosse tournaments.
This year, the team will expand to offering 5th/6th, 7th/8th, and High School squads with 2 tryouts, 6 practices, and 3 tournaments.
The team will draw coaches from the senior team, which features former NLL Pros and coaches/players from the Chinese, Japanese, Hong Kong, German, and Polish National Box Teams!
Regardless of previous box experience, players will learn the basics and advanced skills necessary to succeed in the box arena which directly translates to the field game.
Tryouts and practices will be held at Northeast Racquet Club (NERC) in Philadelphia on October 25 & Nov. 15.
