How do you define leadership? “I would define leadership as being able to do the right thing even when no one is looking. Leadership is always leading by example and acting in the right way when in tough situations.”

How do you balance academics, service, and athletics? “I balance academics, service, and athletics by always using my free time to get work done whether it is during a free period or just down time during the day. I always try to find time on the weekends or days off of school to do service.”

What are your future goals? “I am looking forward to playing college lacrosse at a very high level and studying to become a civil engineer. After college I plan on getting a job in engineering and being successful in life.”
Coach Mark Princehorn’s comment: “”Trot Cush is everything you want as a player and even more as a person. He has been an unquestioned leader of our program both on and off the field. He does all the right things and totally embodies what our program stands for. He is the blueprint you want in a player, and it’s been an unbelievable honor to coach him.”
