The ReLAX Lacrosse League 2025 is all about fun, development, and giving players more touches on the ball. It’s a relaxed, exciting format designed for players to develop skills, enjoy the game, and play the popular new Sixes format. Price includes, jersey, registration, and a ticket to the PLL game at Villanova University.
What makes ReLAX different?

No tryouts, no practices – just pure fun and game time!

More touches – with 5v5 play and 3v3 sticks-only action, players will stay engaged and improve their stick skills throughout the season.

No face-offs – instead, we keep it light with dance-offs, adding a fun and creative twist to the game!

Gameplay Breakdown

Boys & Girls:
-
5v5 Lacrosse (25 minutes) – Fast-paced, team-oriented play.

3v3 Sticks-Only (20 minutes) – No gear, just skills and speed.

Divisions (Based on Fall 2025 Grade)

Boys & Girls: K-2 | 3-4 | 5-6 | 7-8
Players will be grouped by skill level for balanced competition.
