Additional: All meals are catered in cafeteria. Trainer on-site 24/7 and can hold and distribute any medications. We have the ability to distribute special dietary meals!
What is Cape Escape?
Cape Escape is an overnight lacrosse and recreational camp held right on the beach in beautiful Cape Henlopen State Park Delaware. We have run this camp for 10 consecutive years and it has been a staple program of the lacrosse year. It is the perfect balance of bonding with friends and coaches, relaxing (checking off of devices and enjoying the outdoors!), as well as high-level lacrosse instruction. Our staff always includes former and current professionals, current high school head coaches, and college stars. Activities include daily trips to the beach, fishing, hiking, endless campground games, and 3, 2 hour lacrosse sessions a day on the beautiful grass fields in the park. It is a truly unique experience and a “throwback” camp that kids won’t forget. We invite you to bond with teammates, make new friends, and RE-LAX in the beautiful setting and atmosphere of Cape Henlopen state park.
