Phillylacrosse.com congratulates Episcopal Academy’s Quinn Whitaker for being named the Girls’ Player of the Year for 2025. Whitaker, a senior midfielder and co-captain headed to Duke University, was a USA Lacrosse All-American and the Inter-Ac League MVP who led her squad to a perfect 18-0, the Inter-Ac championship, and the distinction of being ranked No. 2 in the nation in both major polls. Whitaker collected 62 goals, 63 draw controls, 33 caused turnovers, 38 ground balls, and 16 assists.
Phillylacrosse.com congratulates the Girls’ Honorable Mention Players of the Year:
Caroline Chisholm, Agnes Irwin senior midfielder. A USA Lacrosse All-American and All-Inter-Ac League pick, she helped lead the Owls to the PAISAA championship and a national ranking among the top 10 teams. She collected 51 goals and 90 draw controls. Will play lacrosse and field hockey at Boston College.
Maddie Kane, Springfield-Delco senior midfielder. A USA Lacrosse All-American and All-Central League pick, she was also named Central League MVP. She helped lead the Cougars to the rare triple crown – the PIAA and District 3A and Central League championships – and a 25-1 record. She scored 74 goals and will play at Lehigh.
Brinn Findora, Downingtown West junior midfielder. A USA Lacrosse All-American and Ches-Mont League MVP, she helped lead the Whippets to the PIAA tournament. She collected 90 goals and 145 draw controls and is committed to Virginia.
Phillylacrosse.com congratulates Episcopal Academy’s Josie Tomaino for being named the Girls’ Team Coach of the Year for 2025. Tomaino’s EA squad finished a perfect 18-0, won the Inter-Ac League championship, and finished second in the nation in both major rankings.
Phillylacrosse.com congratulates the Girls’ Team Honorable Mention Coaches of the Year
Springfield-Delco’s Keith Broome, who guided the Cougars to a 25-1 season that included the Triple Crown of claiming the District 1 and PIAA 3A championships, as well as an undefeated Central League crown.
Bishop Shanahan’s Kacy Small, who guided the Eagles to an undefeated Ches-Mont League championship and berths in both the District 1 and PIAA 3A title games in their first year at the big-school level.
Villa Maria Academy’s Theresa Giunta, who guided the Hurricanes to a PIAA 2A championship and an undefeated Catholic Academies crown. @villaglax @vmahs
