Are you training with a purpose, conducting drills that translate to actual play while competing against your peers? If not, the Performance Academy 2026 Summer Elite Offensive & Defensive Group Training and Play will focus on what you need to improve your overall game.
Each training session, participants will run through a series of advanced, high tempo, skills and drills that will lead to competitive play in a controlled environment.

POSITIONAL FOCUS
Attack & Midfield shooting, dodging, footwork, vision, playing with and without the ball, understanding spacing, being efficient with the ball, and much more.
Defense Footwork, approaches, angles, defending picks, communication, on ball and off ball play, stick work, shooting, stick protection, and much more
* This program does not offer goalie, faceoff or draw specific training but are welcome to join.
