NXT is thrilled to announce the addition of Joe Karpinski and Tom Sinnott as the new Boys Lacrosse Events Directors.

In this capacity, they will be responsible for leading NXT’s extensive annual portfolio of 40-plus boys lacrosse field events, box tournaments, and showcases.

“We could not be more excited to welcome them to our team at NXT,” said Peter Lawrence, President of NXTsports. “I have worked with both in contractor capacities for the last few years. They are both familiar with how NXT operates and have demonstrated the intangibles we look for in teammates at NXT. They will provide club directors with exceptional customer service as that is what the industry has grown to expect from NXT.”

Prior to joining NXT, Karpinski served as a college assistant coach for 18 years. Notably, he dedicated his last 8 seasons to Drexel & Villanova Lacrosse where he worked with the goalies and FOGO’s. Karpinski also has had stops as a high school coach and a Division II and III coach.

He currently works as an Assistant at Eastern University. In addition, he helps with Netnation Goalie School. Karpinski will lead CT Box, NXT’s Texas events, Mid-Summer Games, Meltdown, Mid-Summer Championships and NXT’s nationally recognized Philly Showcase and Philly Invitational this coming July. He can be reached at joe.karpinski@nxtsports.com.

Prior to joining NXT, Sinnott served as a Director at the YMCA. Tom has been a long tenured Philadelphia official in lacrosse, basketball, and football and will continue in this capacity. He dedicated time to the HEADstrong Foundation as the Director of Operations.

Sinnott has worked as an NXT events contractor and a Spring League Director in years past. He will lead NXT’s Spring League and Midwest events portfolio (Grail, MidAmerica Invitational, Grand Prix, Can AM) along
with NXT’s premier youth event, NXT Cup.

Sinnott can be reached at tom.sinnott@nxtsports.com.

Both Karpinski and Sinnott have already started reaching out to club directors who have attended NXT events in the past. They are excited to maintain past relationships and build new ones. Please reach out for assistance with spring or summer event planning. All events can be found at www.nxtsports.com.
