For the fourth straight year, the Stevens Institute of Technology men’s lacrosse team was the unanimous favorite in the preseason Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) Freedom coaches’ poll, as announced by the league office Thursday morning. The poll was conducted among the conference’s eight head coaches.
For the fourth straight year, Stevens was joined by DeSales, Arcadia, and Misericordia in the top four, the only MAC Freedom teams to make the conference tournament since 2022. DeSales earned 42 points to take second in the pre-season poll, with Arcadia (38 points) and Misericordia (31) taking third and fourth, respectively.

The Stevenson Mustangs and the York Spartans were selected as the favorites in the 2025 conference preseason poll conducted among the Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) Commonwealth men’s lacrosse coaches. Stevenson and York each collected four first-place votes from opposing coaches for a total of 46 points.
