Parkland has named Scott Ketcham as its head boys’ lacrosse coach.

Ketcham is a familiar name in the Lehigh Valley. He was the Emmaus head coach for 6 years and led the Green Hornets to three District 11 crowns from 2013-15 and a Lehigh Valley Conference title in 2012.
Ketcham takes over a Parkland squad that went 16-5 this year and fell to Easton in overtime in the District 11 3A title game.
Ketcham stepped down in 2017 after the birth of my son to earn a Master’s in Educational Leadership and Principal’s certification. He did assist at Emmaus in 2021-22.
Parkland is expected to contend again for East Penn and District 11 honors in 2026.
“In this adventure, I am looking forward to this new opportunity at Parkland,” he said. “There really isn’t a ton of overhauling that needs change, which is great.
“Right now, we are just looking forward to putting a slight spin on an already talented group of student-athletes and competing.
“Over time, I think we can put pieces into place at an elite level of lacrosse both here and beyond.”
Parkland interim head coach Cory Andrews will stay on as an assistant.
