Boston College lacrosse’s Rachel Clark (Conestoga) and Shea Dolce were named today as top five finalists for the 2025 Tewaraton Award Presented by Stifel.

The Tewaaraton Award is the preeminent lacrosse award, annually honoring the top male and female college lacrosse players in the United States. These 10 student-athletes have been invited to Washington, D.C., for the annual Tewaaraton Award Ceremony on May 29.

Clark – thee Phillylacrosse.com Co-Player of the Year in 2021 – and Dolce represent the Eagles, joining Madison Taylor (Northwestern), and Chloe and Ashley Humphrey (UNC).

It’s the first time since 2023 (Jenn Medjid) an Eagle was named a finalist and the first time two players made the final five in program history. The duo is the sixth and seventh players to make it to Washington.

Clark is the fourth attacker from BC to be in the top five for the award. She tops the nation and ACC with 91 goals, while her 113 points are first in the league and third in the country.

The Devon native leads the ACC in points (5.95) and goals per game (4.79), which is also good for fifth and second, respectively, in the NCAA.

She has 11 games with five-plus goals and was named the ACC Attacker of the Year and ACC All-First Team. Her 296 goals are first among active leaders, while her 365 points are third.

Dolce is the first goalkeeper since 2021 to be named a Tewaaraton finalist and would be the first goalkeeper since 2019 to win the award.

The duo returns to action on Sunday at 12 p.m. in the NCAA Tournament Second Round, where the Eagles will face the winner of Stony Brook and Loyola Maryland.
