Are you training with a purpose, working with full time professional coaches, doing drills that translate to actual play, taking quality “reps”, learning new skill sets, understanding why you are doing drills, or improving your lacrosse IQ while competing against your peers? If not, the Performance Academy 2024-2025 Fall & Winter Boys Elite Offensive & Defensive Group Lacrosse Training is your path to becoming a more dynamic player.
Each training session, participants will run through a series of advanced, high tempo, skills and drills that will lead to competitive play in a controlled environment. THE FOCUS WILL BE ON YOU.
Areas of focus
Attack & Midfield– shooting, dodging, footwork, vision, playing with and without the ball, understanding spacing, being efficient with the ball, and much more.
LSM & Defense– Footwork, approaches, angles, defending picks, communication, on ball and off ball play, stick work, shooting, stick protection, defending picks, and much more.
*This program does not offer goalie or faceoff specific training.

Todd MacFarlane, Scottish National Men’s Team Assistant Coach, US Lacrosse National Team Development Evaluator, former Redwoods LC Assistant Coach in the Premier Lacrosse League (PLL), University of Pennsylvania and Maryland Men’s staff member and National Lacrosse League Professional (NLL).
Chris Collins, current Redwoods LC Defensive Coordinator and Assistant Coach (PLL), former Drexel University and University of Delaware Assistant Coach, Eight Year Major League Lacrosse Professional (MLL), Thirteen Year National Lacrosse League Professional (NLL), and US Men’s Indoor National Team Member.
Bill McGlone, 9-year Major League Lacrosse professional, 8 years in the National Lacrosse League, 2003 Member of the Under-19 USA Gold Medal Team, 2010 Member of USA World Box team, University of Maryland 3x All-American- 2x Captain- 3x First Team All-Conference (ACC)- ACC All-Tournament Team- Tewaaraton Trophy “Watch List”, 2016 Inductee into the US Lacrosse Hall of Fame, and 2018 Inductee into Pennsylvania Sports Hall of Fame, Delaware County Chapter.
This Elite Staff has worked with All-Conference, All- American, All-Pro and All-World players for more than 25 years and knows how to improve your skill set and make you a more dynamic player.
