Registration is open for the Black Bear Fall Foundations at Far Post in Limerick for boys and girls.
The Foundations Academy is for beginners to Intermediate players in grades 1st-8th looking to grow their passion for the game and improve their fundamentals and team play in a fun/challenging environment. This program is designed to improve players’ fundamentals and understanding of team play throughout the fall.
Both Boys and Girls will learn from high school and current players in our local community!

Where? The Far Post in Limerick PA (190 Airport Road)
When? 6 Sunday sessions Sept 8, 22, 29 and Oct 6, 13, 20
Grades 1-4th: 8:00am-9:30am
Grades 5-8: 9:30am-11:00am
Rental gear is available for both boys and girls who are new to the game!
For the first half of practice, players will work on fundamentals including:

Passing/Catching techniques

Ground balls

Stick Handling and Dodging

Team Offense/Defense

Transition Offense/Defense
For the second half of practice, players will participate in small group play, transition drills, and games!
