Performance Academy, the Philadelphia area’s elite lacrosse training, development, and consulting service, has added Philly standout Matt Rambo and former Germantown Academy coach Brian Grady to its already elite staff.

For the past three years Chris Collins and Todd MacFarlane have been providing elite training to athletes, teams and programs looking to enhance their development.
With Performance Academy expanding to lacrosse-specific fitness training, it was time to add depth to the on-field training staff. There was no better way to do so than having two hometown and PLL legends join the team.
Matt Rambo– “I’m thrilled to be coming back home to Philly and joining the Performance Academy staff! Excited for the opportunity to train lacrosse players of all levels and help them elevate their game. Can’t wait to get started!”
Brian Grady – “I’m Thrilled for the opportunity to join the Performance Academy team. PA has distinguished itself as a leader in lacrosse education by utilizing their vast years of professional experience to create learning opportunities that focus on game-realistic skills and fundamentals which will translate to improved performance on game days. I can’t wait to get started.”
Chris Collins (Rambo) “Welcome Matt! Many layers to Matt and I, from coaching against him at the college level while he was at Maryland, to playing alongside him as teammates on the Philadelphia Wings. He will be a fun addition to PA”. (Grady) Welcome Coach Grady. I’ve had the pleasure of crossing paths with Brian for the last 25 years. From College Coaching, Recruiting Events, and most recently the PLL Whips vs Woods. He has seen it all and will be a great addition to our PA platform.
Todd MacFarlane – “I could not be more excited to have both Matt and Brian join the Performance Academy family. Their vast knowledge and passion for the game will only enhance the training platform. But most importantly, they are friends who I am excited to work alongside of and spread the love of the game.”
