Performance Academy has announced it is holding Summer Elite Co-ed Summer Lacrosse Specific Fitness Training for Elite 2025s, college players, post-collegiate players and pros.

This high-intensity training program focuses on Strength, Speed, Endurance, Power, Mobility, Core, Explosiveness, Flexibility, Injury Prevention, and Coordination.

Elite non-lacrosse players are welcome to join.
