Are you training with a purpose? Working with full-time professional coaches? Doing drills that translate to actual play? Learning new skill sets? Understanding why you are doing drills, or improving your lacrosse IQ in a competitive environment? If not, the Performance Academy Elite HS and 2029, 2030 & 2031 Girls Invite Only Winter Offensive & Defensive Training & Competitive Play will help you prepare for the 2025 Spring Season.
Each training session, participants will run through a series of advanced, high tempo, skills and drills that will lead to competitive play in a controlled environment. THE FOCUS WILL BE ON YOU as all training sessions are a 15 to 1 player/coach ratio.

Areas of focus
Attack & Midfield – shooting, dodging, footwork, vision, playing with and without the ball, understanding spacing, being efficient with the ball, and much more.
Defense– Footwork, approaches, angles, defending picks, communication, on ball and off ball play, stick work, shooting, stick protection, defending picks, and much more.
Goalie – clearing, outlook patterns, footwork, passing, eye hand coordination, playing the inside shot and outside shots, angles, and much more.
*This program does not offer draw specific training.
** 6X6 Field Goals. This is not Box Lacrosse

Todd MacFarlane, Scotland National Men’s Field Team Assistant Coach, Scotland National Men’s Sixes Team Assistant Coach, Episcopal Academy Girls Assistant Coach, US Lacrosse National Team Development Program, former Redwoods LC Assistant Coach in the Premier Lacrosse League (PLL), University of Pennsylvania Assistant Coach and National Lacrosse League Professional (NLL)
Chris Collins, current Redwoods LC Defensive Coordinator, Goalie Coach and Assistant Coach (PLL), former Drexel University and University of Delaware Assistant Coach, Eight Year Major League Lacrosse Professional (MLL), Thirteen Year National Lacrosse League Professional (NLL), and US Men’s Indoor National Team Member.
Both Coach MacFarlane and Collins have worked with All-Conference, All- American, All-Pro and All-World players for more than 26 years and know how to improve your game.
Saturdays- December 7, 14, 21, 28, January 4, 11, 18, 25, February 1, 8, 15
- Elite HS: 3:30- 5:00pm Requirements- Committed or Elite Varsity Player (Played Varsity this past Spring)
- Elite 2029-2031: 5:00-6:30pm Requirements- Elite A or above player
- Elite 2028: 6:30-8:00pm Requirements- Elite A or above player
