The HEADstrong Foundation is proud to announce that it has partnered with United Sports to promote its Attack Cancer initiative to those participating in United Sports programs.
To kick off the partnership, HEADstrong’s National Director of Attack Cancer, Ken Clausen, will be on hand at United Sports on Sunday, February 25th to speak to participants in the high school lacrosse league. He will address the group at 4:30 p.m. in the Kinetic Dome at United Sports, explaining the initiative and how players can get involved.
Through this partnership, participants in United Sports programs, both this winter and afterward, have the unique opportunity to raise funds for those affected by cancer through Attack Cancer. Each participant that registers will be provided with a unique fundraising link with all proceeds going directly to fund HEADstrong programs.
“United Sports is excited to partner with the HEADstrong Foundation and the Attack Cancer initiative to give every athlete a well-rounded experience on and off the field,” said United Sports Senior Vice President Steve VanNote.
Attack Cancer is a fun and interactive way for athletes to make an impact both on and off the field. Through the initiative, athletes from all sports around the country are pledging their performance to assist the HEADstrong Foundation mission.
