Ascent Alliance has added its fifth member club, Prostart LC out of Annapolis MD.
Ascent Alliance is a membership of like-minded lacrosse clubs that share and provide benefits to all club members. Central to the alliance are the Ascent National teams composed of the top players from member clubs; DELCO (PA), Team 11 (PA), Fusion Philly and Fusion (VA), South Shore (NJ), and Prostart (MD).
“The addition of Prostart completes one of our goals of reaching five excellent mission-aligned programs,” said Ascent co-founder Steven Holmes (Fusion). “The network of great organizations, coaches and directors will only lead to amazing opportunities for all club members. Additionally, the further representation and talent on our national teams is tremendously exciting.”
Prostart is directed by brothers Will Dalton (University of Maryland Captain 2008) and JP Dalton (University of Loyola Captain and National Champion 2012) “ProStart is thrilled to join the Ascent Alliance, enhancing competitive opportunities for our players alongside National Teams and reinforcing our mission to develop the next generation of lacrosse players,” said the Daltons.
“We are thrilled to welcome Will and JP Dalton to Ascent. We search for like-minded directors who share the same values as our founding members,” said Ascent co-founder Joey Sankey (Team 11) “Prostart does things the right way- valuing quality coaching and taking care of their players above everything.”
Ascent National teams can be found competing at Futures Champions, Naptown, and Trilogy 24 tournaments this summer.
