Perkiomen School
League: Independent
Head Coach: Mike Kruger, 3rd season 15-15 at Perkiomen, 6th season as HC overall (57-36 record). Assistant Coaches: Terry Mangan, Connor Lenfest, Mark Longstreth, Chase Koffel
2023 Record: 6-10
2023 Team Honors: Wins over Kiski and Westtown, invited to Mid-Atlantic Prep Championships for 2nd year in a row.
Opener date & opponent: March 19 @ ANC
Key returners: Rocky Grossman (Towson), Brenden McLeod (RIT), Nate Winters (Washington College), Ryan Dellinger – FO, Joey Fiallos (Clark), Rowan Baringer (Lake Forest), Trent Taylor – Att, Calen Tucker – Mid
Key newcomers: Enrico Lombardo (Cleveland State), Tommy Winslow – G, Ruse Healy – D, Oliver Mudd – D, Spencer Brice – D, Brendan Rosato – Att, Alex Lafleche – Att
Coach’s Outlook for 2024: “Our 2024 schedule is very strong. The goal of our program is to get better everyday and to compete against the best teams we can. With a core of returning players and some very good new additions, we expect to be competitive.”

Holy Ghost Prep
League: District One Independent
Head Coach: Ryan Tessler, 12th year at Prep (11th season as a head coach)
Assistants: Mark Whartenby, Steve Keough, Tim DiCiccio, Dan Brenner and CJ Walker
2023 record: 6-11
Season opener: 3/20 v Shipley School
Key Returns: Josh Razler, Jude Walsh, Michael Holt, Ryan Lippy, Bobby Williams, Michael Malpezzi, Matteo DiCiccio, Jacob Gardner, Gavin McDonough and Tommy Walsh
Key Newcomers: Brady Flynn, Jacob Tuzza, Seamus Crandley, Scott Harkins, Logan Barnes
Coach’s Outlook: “We return a very experienced team across the field in 2024. We want to open our new turf complex with a lot of success. Our guys have a ton of energy and are looking forward to competing every game. Our main goal is to get one percent better every day. As always, we wish to be playing our best lacrosse in May.”
