Hannah Stanislawczyk (Gov. Mifflin), Jessica Gorr (Bishop Shanahan) and Lindsay Monigle (Cape Henlopen) were each named to the first team while Keri Barnett (Archbishop Carroll) and Grace Frasso (Cinnaminson, N.J.) were named to the second team.

Stanislawczyk and Barnett were second-team picks a year ago, and Frasso was a third team selection as well in 2022. Monigle and Gorr are making their initial appearances on an All-America squad.

Gorr later was named the Division II Goalkeeper of the Year. Gorr played to a record of 22-1 between the pipes with a goals-against average of just 7.61 while making 181 saves on the year. Gorr made a career-high 15 stops in the Atlantic Region Championship victory over East Stroudsburg University, before making five more in the national semifinal win over Grand Valley State and another 10 against Pace University in the National Championship Game. Gorr ends the 2023 season with an incredible 35-2 career record and a 7.67 career goals-against average, which ranks third best in team history. She was named to the CSC Academic All-District Team.

The five selections from West Chester University tied with Pace University for the most representation. Both WCU and Pace put three players on the first team, which tied along with Florida Southern for the most first-team honorees. The IWLCA named 48 student-athletes to its 2023 Division II All-America teams.
