| The Torque Lacrosse Academy provides progressive and position specific training for lacrosse players looking to take their game to the next level. Our training is specialized toward developing specific skills, teaching advanced techniques, and providing them with a foundation to build on. Torque was designed to grow lacrosse IQ, stress the proper mechanics and fundamentals, and adopt advanced training methods within the sport of lacrosse. Through individualized instruction, our players will receive elite level coaching that will help them reach their full potential. |
| Session II (January @ Exeter Fieldhouse) – Team Training & Game Play (60 minute sessions)(limited number of spots per age group) |
| Team Concepts & Controlled Scrimmaging – A progressive training series for all positions (attack, midfield, defense, goalie).High intensity, high repetition skill and drill work. Game situation breakdown and concepts (2v2, 3v2, 4v3, 4v4, 5v5).Box lacrosse concepts and techniques (aggressive, fast paced, tight spaces).20 minutes of small group skill training followed by 40 minutes of scrimmaging (7v7) and incorporating each week’s concepts with live feedback from coaches. Sessions will be limited on number of players at each position to allow for maximum reps. Spots will fill up quickly! **Maximum of 3 goalie spots per session!
