Girls’ High School Sharp Shooting and Dynamic Dodging Training | Winter 2024
Our Blue Ox Lacrosse dodging and shooting program will push an athlete to develop and perfect five key components to being a dynamic offensive player. Each component listed below will be covered throughout our six (6) week course on dynamic individual offensive play.
- Dates: Monday’s | 1/8, 1/15, 1/22, 1/29, 2/5, 2/12
- Time: 7:15-8:30 PM
