How do you define leadership: “Leadership is often thought of vocal, but what’s most important is showing people the right path, being a role model for younger people or for young who look up to you for some guidance.”

How do you balance academics, service, and athletics? “Competing in three sports, you don’t really have any periods in between where get home early and focus on any element. I think the most important thing is not to procrastinate and to be organized and get work done as soon as you get it. It’s also important to prepare during the days before (a test or project) so ypu’re not leaving to the night of a game when you get home at 10 p.m. You have to spread out the work so yu don’t put yourself in the position where you’re tired and don’t have much time.”

What are your future goals? ”I’d love to continue doing service wherever I am. As for future goals, I’d love to do something where I can continue in some sort of leadership role and use what I have earned at the Prep and whatever I learn across my college experience.”

High school coaches from the 5-county area, Delaware, South Jersey, the Lehigh Valley and Central PA may nominate a player (junior or senior) for the Pansini Law Group Scholar-Athlete of the Week by e-mailing us at golax@phillylacrosse.com.
