The Philadelphia Wings will hold a night to remember at the Wells Fargo Center on Jan. 27 when they raise Kevin Finneran’s No. 11 jersey to the rafters in an NLL game vs the Buffalo Bandits at 7 p.m.

The first 5,000 fans in attendance will receive a replica Kevin Finneran retirement banner.

Finneran’s number 11 will join the likes of Wings legends Tom Marechek (42), Jake Bergey (66), and Dallas Eliuk (35) alongside other Flyers and Sixers legends in the rafters of the Wells Fargo Center.

In addition to raising his number to the rafters, the Wings will honor Finneran with a special pre-game ceremony which will include a video tribute and a jersey presentation.

Tickets can be purchased here

Selected as an NLL Hall of Fame inductee in June 2021, Finneran was one of the first additions to the Hall since 2016.

From 1993-2002, Finneran helped bring four NLL championship titles to the city of Philadelphia. At the time of his retirement, Finneran was the all-time league leader with 143 games played. With the Wings, Finneran ended his career with 192 goals scored and 283 assists, totaling 475 points (third-overall in Wings history). Finneran has also held the record for most consecutive games played at 139 games and was once the American all-time leading goal scorer.

Fans (of age) can also join in on the celebration with a special meet and greet with Finneran as well as an option to add a Wings Alumni Bar Crawl to their game ticket. The pre-game bar crawl will include early entry to the arena, three complimentary drinks, and the opportunity to mingle with Wings Alumni at each stop.

Tickets are on-sale at wingslax.com
